Unsere Beratung konzentriert sich auf drei eng miteinander verbundene Bereiche: Leadership Scalability, Executive Leadership Assessment sowie Transformational & Change Consultation. Dabei verbinden wir fundierte Diagnostik und systemisches Denken mit einem tiefen Verständnis für die organisatorischen, wirtschaftlichen und personalpolitischen Rahmenbedingungen von Unternehmen. Der Gründer The founder
Gegründet wurde Friluftslove von Marcel Häbold. Seit 2013 arbeitet er an der Schnittstelle von Personalmanagement, Führung und organisationaler Entwicklung. Als Bachelor of Laws verfügt er über eine fundierte juristische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkten im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht, Vertragsrecht sowie im operativen und strategischen Personalmanagement. Diese Verbindung aus rechtlichem Verständnis, eigener Unternehmenspraxis und Beratungserfahrung prägt bis heute die Arbeitsweise von Friluftslove. Friluftslove was founded by Marcel Häbold. Since 2013 he has worked at the intersection of people management, leadership, and organizational development. As a Bachelor of Laws he brings a solid legal education focused on employment and social law, contract law, and both operational and strategic people management. This combination of legal understanding, in-house practice, and consulting experience still shapes how Friluftslove works today.
Vor seinem Wechsel in die Unternehmensberatung war Marcel in verschiedenen operativen und strategischen HR-Funktionen tätig. Dabei betreute er Personalbestände von bis zu 700 Mitarbeitenden und verantwortete wesentliche Teile des gesamten Employee Lifecycles - von Recruiting und Onboarding über Personalentwicklung und arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen bis zu Restrukturierungen und Offboarding. Before moving into consulting, Marcel held various operational and strategic HR roles. He looked after workforces of up to 700 employees and was responsible for substantial parts of the entire employee lifecycle - from recruiting and onboarding through people development and employment law matters to restructuring and offboarding.
Zu seiner praktischen Erfahrung gehören die Beratung von Geschäftsführungen und Führungskräften, die Zusammenarbeit und Verhandlung mit Betriebsräten sowie die Begleitung organisatorischer Veränderungen. Darüber hinaus entwickelte und implementierte er HR-Prozesse, Steuerungskennzahlen, Mentoring- und Bindungsprogramme sowie Maßnahmen zur strategischen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. Seine beruflichen Stationen führten ihn durch unterschiedliche Branchen und Unternehmensrealitäten - darunter Medien, Bau, Technologie, Telekommunikation, E-Commerce und Logistik. His hands-on experience includes advising management boards and leaders, working and negotiating with works councils, and guiding organizational change. He also developed and implemented HR processes, management metrics, mentoring and retention programs, and measures for strategic workforce and organizational development. His career took him through a range of industries and business realities - including media, construction, technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, and logistics.
Beratungspraxis Consulting practice
Von April 2021 bis Januar 2024 war Marcel als Senior Consultant für HR Transformation bei atrain tätig, einer international arbeitenden Beratung für Leadership und Organisationsentwicklung. Dort begleitete er Unternehmen bei komplexen Leadership-, Veränderungs- und Transformationsvorhaben. Im Mittelpunkt standen die Entwicklung von Führungskräften und Teams, die Gestaltung neuer Formen der Zusammenarbeit sowie die Übersetzung strategischer Zielbilder in konkrete Veränderungsprozesse. From April 2021 to January 2024, Marcel worked as Senior Consultant for HR Transformation at atrain, an international consultancy for leadership and organizational development. There he supported companies through complex leadership, change, and transformation initiatives. The focus was on developing leaders and teams, shaping new forms of collaboration, and translating strategic ambitions into concrete change processes.
Seit 2024 bündelt Marcel seine Erfahrung unter der Marke Friluftslove. Seine Arbeit basiert auf der Überzeugung, dass nachhaltige Transformation weder durch isolierte Trainings noch durch strukturelle Veränderungen allein entsteht. Sie gelingt dort, wo persönliche Haltung, Führungsverhalten, organisationale Rahmenbedingungen und unternehmerische Ziele miteinander verbunden werden. Since 2024, Marcel has brought his experience together under the Friluftslove brand. His work rests on the conviction that lasting transformation comes neither from isolated training nor from structural change alone. It succeeds where personal stance, leadership behavior, organizational conditions, and business goals are connected.

Je nach Umfang und Aufgabenstellung arbeitet Friluftslove mit einem ausgewählten Netzwerk erfahrener Coaches, Facilitator:innen und Spezialist:innen zusammen. Die Verantwortung für Konzeption, Qualität und Kundenbeziehung liegt dabei persönlich bei Marcel Häbold.
